The Spring semester is almost back in session and we’ve got the MacLaurin Open House to kick things off!
Students: Join us on the first day of classes—Tuesday, January 19th, from 5:30-7 p.m.—for a wonderful night of food and fellowship. We will share a Mediterranean-style catered meal, along with a conversation about the new weekly MacLaurin Student Dinner & Discussion events and the importance of fellowship and food. These new Student Dinner & Discussion meetings will provide a consistent weekly event where will share a meal together and engage in a topic of discussion. The discussion themes will be focused around things like Mars Hills audios and conversations with Christian faculty members, as well as many other topics.
The Open House will be a great opportunity to learn more about the Student Dinners and other events at MacLaurin. There will be staff and students available to discuss MacLaurin’s passion to impact, encourage, and support the Christian community here at the University of Minnesota. Come learn more about MacLaurin through some relaxed fellowship and enjoy spectacular food!
Bring as many of your fellow students as you’d like. We hope to see you there!
This event is organized by and intended for UMN students, although we welcome faculty and staff on campus to take part as well. If you’re not a part of this campus community and are interested in attending, please contact Matt at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance.
